Learning and Knowledge Exchange at Chubu Centrair International Airport (Nagoya, Japan)

From May 24 to 29, 2026, a delegation from Da Nang International Airport visited Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya, Japan, for a series of learning and knowledge-sharing activities, continuing the longstanding partnership between the two airports.

As the first study visit organized by Da Nang International Airport to Chubu Centrair, the program provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange insights on airport operations and management, aviation and non-aviation business development, service quality enhancement, and passenger experience improvement.

In addition to the working sessions, the delegation toured key operational and service areas at Chubu Centrair to gain a deeper understanding of its management model and customer service practices. The experience and knowledge gained from the visit will serve as valuable references for future service improvements and operational development at Da Nang International Airport.

The visit also strengthened the partnership between the two airports and opened up further opportunities to promote air connectivity and tourism exchange between Da Nang and Nagoya in the years ahead.
