Sweetmas: When waiting becomes gifting

This holiday season, we wanted to turn the inevitable wait times of the peak season into moments of genuine warmth. Our "Sweetmas" campaign was designed to bring the spirit of Da Nang directly to our travelers.

• When Waiting Becomes Gifting: To make the peak season wait more enjoyable, we introduced the "Gift Jet" - a unique installation that "landed" both at the airport and in the heart of Da Nang and Hoi An. This allowed us to share our hospitality with the community and travelers alike. At these stations, passengers enjoyed a hands-on experience creating their own snow globes with our mascot, Helpy, and local icons like the Dragon Bridge.
• A Sweetmas Night: To welcome those arriving at Terminal 2, we hosted a special musical evening. The Arrival Hall came alive with the elegant sounds of live saxophone, violin, and piano. Beyond the music, passengers were surprised with small, charming gifts, creating a festive atmosphere from the very first moment they stepped into the city.

These activities are our way of ensuring that every passenger feels the sincere warmth of Da Nang from the moment they land until they depart.
