On January 1, 2025, Da Nang International Airport officially launched its new Video Call Support System at Terminal 2, further enhancing the quality of services and convenience for passengers. This innovative system allows travelers to connect directly with airport staff 24/7, providing immediate assistance for a variety of needs.
Passengers can now easily reach out via video call for support with issues such as medical assistance, lost items, flight information, locating airport facilities or services, and reporting security concerns or facility issues. This new feature reflects our ongoing commitment to improving passenger experiences and ensuring seamless, efficient support at every step of the journey.
