Da Nang International Airport is recruiting for the following positions:
- Communications Executive
- Flight Operations Planning Coordinator (ATFM, A-CDM, flight operations management, and collaborative decision-making)

Communications Executive
The successful candidate will assist in developing, monitoring, and implementing internal communications activities; managing the website; handling communications crises; designing visual materials; coordinating with press and media organizations; and performing other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
- Female
- No older than 30 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program in Communications or Journalism
- Minimum TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Candidates with a professional appearance and experience in communications will be given preference.
Flight Operations Planning Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, updating, coordinating, and monitoring flight operation plans; performing tasks related to Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM), Airport Collaborative Decision-Making (A-CDM), and flight operations management; and coordinating with relevant internal and external units to optimize operations, minimize delays, and ensure operational safety.
Key requirements:
- Male or female
- No older than 35 years of age
- College diploma or higher in Air Traffic Control or Flight Operations Management
- Minimum TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry or relevant knowledge and experience in ATFM, A-CDM, airport operations, flight operations management, aviation security and safety, or aviation service provision.
Airport Terminal Equipment Maintenance Technician
The successful candidate will operate, maintain, and repair electrical and electromechanical systems, HVAC systems, water supply, drainage and environmental systems, lighting systems, technical equipment, and other systems supporting terminal operations.
Key requirements:
- Male
- No older than 35 years of age
- Technical secondary diploma or higher, or a Level 3/7 vocational qualification, in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
- Minimum TOEIC score of 400 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, or aviation service provision.
Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Technician
The successful candidate will maintain, repair, inspect, and troubleshoot equipment supporting flight operations. Duties include scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs involving electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, ILS/DME systems, electromechanical systems, and other related equipment.

- Male
- No older than 35 years of age
- Technical secondary diploma or higher, or a Level 3/7 vocational qualification, in Mechatronics or Electronics and Telecommunications
- Minimum TOEIC score of 400 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, or aviation service provision.
Airfield Inspection/Aircraft Marshalling Driver
The successful candidate will operate vehicles and transport personnel working within the airfield area; marshal and escort aircraft during ground movements; inspect runways, taxiways, and apron areas; support environmental cleaning activities; coordinate the removal of foreign object debris; and perform other airfield-related duties.
Key requirements:
- Male
- No older than 35 years of age
- No physical conditions or impairments that may affect appearance, mobility, or communication
- Visual acuity of 10/10 in both eyes, with no color blindness, color vision deficiency, or other color perception disorders
- High school graduate
- A valid Category C or D driver’s license under current regulations, or a valid Category C, D, or E driver’s license issued under the regulations applicable before January 1, 2025
- Minimum TOEIC score of 300 or equivalent
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, or aviation service provision.
Information Technology Engineer
The successful candidate will manage and operate IT infrastructure, including LAN and WAN networks, servers, and software systems used in passenger terminal and air cargo operations. Responsibilities also include implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting IT systems.
Key requirements:

- No older than 35 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program in Information Technology
- Minimum TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, or aviation service provision.
Automotive and Powertrain Engineer
The successful candidate will manage, operate, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems, backup power systems, airfield lighting systems, and technical equipment supporting flight operations. The role also involves consulting on, designing, manufacturing, installing, and improving electrical, electromechanical, control, and airfield backup power equipment.

- Male
- No older than 35 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program in Automotive and Powertrain Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Minimum TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of experience in the aviation industry and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, or aviation service provision.
Airport Infrastructure Civil Engineer Engineer
The successful candidate will manage and supervise the quality of airfield pavement infrastructure; conduct surveys and assess and analyze pavement conditions; recommend maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and upgrade solutions; and prepare plans for periodic inspections and incident response.
Key requirements:

- No older than 35 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from a full-time program in Road and Bridge Construction Engineering
- Minimum TOEIC score of 450 or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction projects and relevant certificates in aviation security, safety, aviation service provision, procurement, or project management.
2. General Eligibility Requirements
- In addition to the specific requirements for each position, applicants must meet the following general criteria:
- Be a citizen of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- Demonstrate good moral character and professional conduct.
- Have a clear personal and family background.
- Not be under criminal investigation, prosecution, or sentence enforcement, and not have an unexpunged criminal record.
- Not be involved in social vices or addicted to illegal drugs or other prohibited substances.
- Be physically fit and capable of meeting the long-term requirements of the position.
- Submit a complete and valid application.
- Possess the qualifications and English-language and computer skills required for the position.
- Submit valid English-language certificates that meet the requirements of the position.
- Online English-language certificates or certificates obtained through examinations that were not conducted in person at an authorized testing center will not be accepted.
- Be able to work under pressure and in shifts, including both day and night shifts, depending on flight operation requirements.
Equivalent English-Language Qualifications
Da Nang International Airport accepts equivalent English-language certificates based on the reference table attached to the official recruitment announcement.
A TOEIC score of 600 or higher is equivalent to an IELTS score of 5.0 or higher, a TOEFL iBT score of 61 or higher, or a paper-based TOEFL score of 500 or higher. Lower score levels will be converted according to the detailed reference table provided in Appendix 1 of the official recruitment announcement.
For computer skills, equivalent qualifications are assessed with reference to IC3, MOS, and ICDL certification levels.
3. Benefits and Working Environment
Successful candidates will work at Da Nang International Airport and other locations under the Airport’s management.
Working hours and employment conditions will comply with the regulations of Airports Corporation of Vietnam – JSC. Depending on the position and operational requirements, employees may work full-time or in shifts.

- An application letter clearly stating the position applied for
- An original résumé or personal history form with a photograph, certified by the relevant local authority within three months prior to the application date
- An original criminal record certificate issued within three months prior to the application date. If the certificate is not yet available, applicants may submit an appointment slip for its collection or a certificate issued by the police authority at their place of permanent residence confirming their personal background and conduct, dated within three months prior to the application date.
- An original health certificate issued by an authorized medical facility within three months prior to the application date
- Copies of personal identification documents, including a birth certificate and citizen identification card
- Certified copies of relevant degrees, diplomas, certificates, or driver’s licenses, where required
- Other documents demonstrating that the applicant meets the requirements of the position, if applicable
- Two color photographs measuring 4 × 6 cm with a white background
