Safety Officers Competition At Da Nang International Airport 2025

On May 15, 2025, Da Nang International Airport, together with the Trade Union, held its first Safety Officers Competition. The event was part of the airport’s activities to support the national Action Month for Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Workers’ Month 2025.

Many teams from different airport departments joined the competition, which included four parts: team introduction, theory quiz, situational problem-solving, and first aid practice. This year, the organizing team used digital tools and software to help make the competition more professional, transparent, and fair.

All teams showed great preparation, strong knowledge, and practical skills in handling safety-related situations. Mr. To Ngoc Hai – Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Council and Head Judge – said: “We can trust the skills and responsibility of our safety staff at the airport.”

At the end of the event, the organizers awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, and 3 Third Prizes. Five outstanding participants were also selected to represent the airport in the next-level competition at the Vietnam Airports Corporation.
