Fire Safety Drill at Da Nang International Airport

On May 6, 2025, Da Nang International Airport held a fire safety drill at the parking area of Terminal 1. This was part of the airport’s activities for Occupational Safety and Labour Month.

The drill helped raise awareness about fire safety, improve emergency response skills, and strengthen teamwork between airport staff and emergency units.

The scenario involved a small fire in the parking lot. Staff on duty quickly spotted the smoke, raised the alarm, and used fire extinguishers to control the fire. Emergency teams arrived with fire trucks and rescue equipment to put out the fire and assist people in need.

Thanks to quick coordination, the fire was fully put out by 9:40 AM. All safety steps were followed, and no one was harmed.
This training is part of the airport’s ongoing effort to keep passengers and staff safe, and to ensure smooth, secure operations every day.
