Welcoming the First Flight from Tashkent, Uzbekistan by Centrum A

On the morning of April 27, 2025, Da Nang International Airport warmly welcomed the very first commercial flight from Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, operated by Centrum Air. This marked a memorable milestone in the airport’s journey to expand international connections.

More than just linking two cities over 4,000 kilometers apart, this flight opens up exciting opportunities for tourism, trade, and cultural exchange between Vietnam and Uzbekistan—two countries with strong ties and rich cultural identities.

At the aircraft stand, representatives from the airport and our ground teams greeted the crew and passengers with flowers and small welcome gifts, creating a warm and memorable arrival experience.

Centrum Air’s decision to include Da Nang in its growing route network is a positive sign for the city’s tourism industry and further highlights the airport’s growing role as a modern and dynamic aviation hub in central Vietnam.
