Job Recruitment Announcement (Phase 2)
I. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Telecommunications Electronics Engineer: 02 positions
Requirements: Male candidates; graduated with a formal university degree in the relevant field (Telecommunications Electronics);Computer proficiency at level A; TOEIC score of at least 500 or equivalent.
2. Electrical Engineering Engineer: 02 positions
Requirements: Male candidates; graduated with a formal university degree in the relevant field (Electrical Engineering); Computer proficiency at level A;TOEIC score of at least 400 or equivalent.
3. Thermal Engineering Engineer: 01 position
Requirements: Male candidates; graduated with a formal university degree in the relevant field (Thermal Engineering); Computer proficiency at level A;TOEIC score of at least 400 or equivalent.
4. Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering Engineer: 02 positions
Requirements: Male candidates;graduated with a formal university degree in Mechanical Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering;Computer proficiency at level A;TOEIC score of at least 400 or equivalent.
5. Electrical Technician: 02 positions
Requirements: Male candidates; graduated with a vocational diploma or higher in electrical or electronic fields; Computer proficiency at level A; TOEIC score of at least 300 or equivalent.
6. Driver with Class D License: 03 positions
Requirements: Male candidates; high school diploma; Class D driver’s license; TOEIC score of at least 300 or equivalent.
7. Medical Staff: 01 position
Requirements: Graduated with a vocational diploma in General Medicine; Computer proficiency at level A; TOEIC score of at least 400 or equivalent.
II. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Must be a Vietnamese citizen; under 35 years old; with a clear personal and family background; no record of criminal prosecution or execution of sentences; no criminal history.
- Must have good health for the role, free from prohibited substances, not involved in social vices, and with an appropriate appearance for long-term service.
- Must have a high school diploma or higher; a valid application dossier; and the required professional qualifications and certifications as specified.
- Priority will be given to qualified candidates who are veterans, former police officers, or individuals belonging to policy-beneficiary groups as per government and ACV’s regulations.
III. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
Candidates must prepare the following documents:
- Application form (Form 01 attached).
- Curriculum Vitae: 1 original copy with a photo and certification by the local authority within the past 3 months (Form 02 attached).
- Copies of diplomas, transcripts, certificates, high school graduation certificate, household registration book, and ID/CCID (notarized).
- Certification of personal character and conduct from the local authority (original, issued within the past 3 months); judicial record certificate (Form No. 1, to be provided upon acceptance).
- Original health certificate issued by an authorized medical facility (valid within the past 3 months) and 2 recent 4x6 color photos.
IV. APPLICATION PERIOD AND LOCATION:
1. Submission Method: Candidates must submit their applications directly at the 5th Floor – Headquarters of Da Nang International Airport (ACV Building).
2. Application Period: From November 14, 2022 to November 18, 2022 (from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM).
3. Notes:
- Candidates must comply with COVID-19 prevention measures as per regulations when participating in the recruitment process.
- Incomplete applications will be returned immediately. Applications may not be returned for unsuccessful candidates.
