Airports Corporation of Vietnam - JSC (international trade name: Airports Corporation of Vietnam, abbreviated as ACV) is a joint-stock company operating under the Parent Company model with 95.4% state ownership.
ACV is responsible for managing, investing, and operating 22 out of 23 airports across Vietnam, including 10 international airports, namely Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang, Vinh, Cat Bi, Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc, Can Tho, and Lien Khuong, as well as 12 domestic airports, consisting of Buon Ma Thuot, Lien Khuong, Rach Gia, Ca Mau, Con Dao, Phu Cat, Pleiku, Tuy Hoa, Chu Lai, Dong Hoi, Dien Bien, Tho Xuan, and Na San (currently not in operation). Additionally, ACV holds equity stakes in subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Launched on November 15, 2015, the construction project of International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport is regarded as a key project in preparation for the forthcoming APEC Leader ‘s Week 2017 in Da Nang. This project has a total capital investment of 3,500 billion VND, comprising 4 major components: The International Passenger Terminal, the Elevated Roadway, the Electro-Mechanic & Technical Building and the surrounding traffic infrastructure.
ACV’s charter capital is VND 21,771,732,360,000 (Twenty-one trillion, seven hundred seventy-one billion, seven hundred thirty-two million, three hundred sixty thousand Vietnam Dong), corresponding to 2,177,173,236 shares with a par value of VND 10,000 per share.
