Behind the Stars – To those who shine behind the scenes

Every smooth and memorable journey at the airport is made possible thanks to the quiet dedication of many hardworking individuals. They’re present in every corner of the terminal from the check-in counters and security areas to back offices, operations zones, and other behind-the-scenes roles.

It’s their daily commitment and tireless effort that have helped shape the 5-star airport experience we’re proud of today. And that’s exactly why Behind The Stars 2025 was created as a heartfelt way to say thank you. From April 17 to 19, between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM, we welcomed all airport staff to stop by the 1st floor office lobby at Terminal 2 to enjoy a refreshing juice and receive a small token of appreciation.

Thank you to everyone who came by, shared laughter, and brought us the energy and motivation to keep doing what we do working together to deliver the most seamless and comfortable 5-star experience to every passenger arriving at or departing from Da Nang International Airport.
