Launched on November 15, 2015, the construction project of International Passenger Terminal – Da Nang International Airport is regarded as a key project in preparation for the forthcoming APEC Leader ‘s Week 2017 in Da Nang. This project has a total capital investment of 3,500 billion VND, comprising 4 major components: The International Passenger Terminal, the Elevated Roadway, the Electro-Mechanic & Technical Building and the surrounding traffic infrastructure.

The International Passenger Terminal’s operation is expected to double Da Nang International Airport capacity. In addition, this is definitely a chance for us to open more flight routes, which will hopefully boost the local and regional tourism, investment and commercial activities.

The total area of International Passenger Terminal is 21,000 m2 with the total construction area of 48,000 m2. There are 54 traditional check-in counters,10 self kiosk check-in, 20 emigration and 22 immigration counters, 10 boarding gates (4 contact gates and 6 remote gates), 2 outbound baggage handling systems carousels and 4 baggage claim conveyors.
