The pharmacy is conveniently located in the check-in hall B - public departures - second floor, where you can find a wide range of over-the-counter medications and other health-related products.

If you are feeling unwell or require medical assistance, please contact airline staff, information desk personnel or the nearest terminal staff for an on-site medical examination, consultation and support.

You can also easily locate the medical room at the end of check-in Hall B – public departures – on the second floor of the International Terminal (T2).

If you need wheelchair assistance at Danang International Terminal (T2), you can submit a request to your airline, either at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before your flight departure. 

Traveling with personal mobility equipment

At the terminal, we provide designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities in the parking lot, as well as drop-off zones on the ground floor and drop-off zones on the second floor, all in close proximity to the terminal.

These locations are thoughtfully positioned to ensure the shortest and most convenient access to the check-in counters for passengers.

At Danang International Terminal (T2) we provide accessible restroom facilities to ensure a comfortable experience during your journey with us.

Accessible restrooms are conveniently located in all areas of the terminals, including departure halls, commercial corridors, and in all departure lounges. All restrooms are equipped with grab bars for support and emergency call buttons are within easy reach in case of urgent assistance.

All areas within the terminal are equipped with priority seating for individuals with disabilities, elderly passengers, pregnant women, and those with medical conditions. If there is a passenger who needs to use priority seating, please offer your seat.
